You pay the international return shipping, which can cost more than shipping within the U.S., and the package usually takes several weeks and can take up to 3 months to arrive. The item must be shipped within 10 days of delivery, and there's no restocking fee. If it arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us with photos within 3 days of delivery and we'll refund you or reship it once, at no cost to you. You don't need to send it back.
