Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery to request a refund or replacement for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible, you must:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@maisonlunaire.com
- Provide photos or video clearly showing the damage or issue
- Include your order number and proof of purchase
Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product, contact us immediately with photo or video evidence and we will issue a full refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Situations We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- You changed your mind or no longer want the item
- The item was ordered in the wrong size, color, or variation
- Minor cosmetic differences from product photos (slight color variation, packaging wear from shipping)
- Items damaged due to misuse after delivery
- Sale items or gift cards
Refunds Once we verify the issue, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
European Union Customers If you are located in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us to initiate.
