Shipping policy

Shipping within the United States

We ship only to addresses in the lower 48 U.S. states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

Orders are fulfilled from U.S. inventory by our fulfillment partners' warehouses, not from our business address, and include tracking. An order with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Standard shipping: free on every order.

The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated delivery

After processing, delivery takes 3–10 business days, so most orders arrive in about 6–15 business days after ordering. We email tracking as soon as it ships. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or an incorrect address.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be emailed after the order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin showing movement.

Address changes

Review your shipping address carefully before ordering. Contact us immediately if a change is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins and are not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier first. Then contact us through our Contact page with your order number so we can help investigate.
