Email support@maisonlunaire.com first; once we approve your return, we'll send you the address of our overseas return warehouse (not a store or our business address) and return instructions. You pay the international return shipping, which can cost more than shipping within the U.S., and the package usually takes several weeks and can take up to 3 months to arrive. The item must be shipped within 10 days of delivery, and there's no restocking fee. If it arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us with photos within 3 days of delivery and we'll refund you or reship it once, at no cost to you. You don't need to send it back.
